Normandy is a place of many battles over the last 100 years between the English and the French. It has been very see-saw in who owns what area, but lately it seems the French king is making headway. On the faerie front, a cold war is ready to break into open hostility between the seelie and unseelie courts. This is uneasy peace is being disrupted by the mundane battles going on around the land. Religion battles with heretics and unbelievers, as France is becoming a place of learning and questions. It seems the dark angel hold is becoming stronger in the area. Magic and magical places are still apparent and aplenty in the more northern areas of Normandy. Standing stones are a testament to those who practiced the arts in past time. Magi run hither, thither and yon collecting information on these sites making Tribunal meetings rather tense as Magi argue who has rights to what sites and artifacts.
